These dip bars are an optional attachment for any squat rack or power cage with 60mm X 60mm tube size and (1 inch hole).

With a 200kg weight rating, these dip handles are designed to suit most heights and body frames.

Tricep dip bars are a great way to isolate your triceps, helping you to build strength and muscle definition in your arms.

Utilising a pin and hole system, this dip attachment can be easily adjusted and/or removed.
