At World Fitness, we want to ensure you have the best gear for your training, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unused sports equipment and apparel. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we provide a streamlined process for hassle-free returns and exchanges.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your World Fitness account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and any included manuals or accessories are placed inside the box.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned equipment, we will process your full refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5 business days.
