The BodyIron Studio 3 Station Boxing Stand is the ideal workout station to improve upper body strength and toning. Train from the comfort of your own workout room, basement, den or bedroom.

Adjustable speedball platform with a professional chrome speed ball swivel.

Comes with space for a 3ft - 5ft boxing bag and up to a (50 kg) Bag to be hooked onto the front. And when Paired with additional BodyIron fitness equipment creates the ultimate total workout.

The stand is also equipped with Four stabilising pegs to improve the stability of the construction. Place standard weight plates on each stabilizing pegs (weights not included). We recommend having 30KG on each stabilising peg.
