The BodyIron Boxing Stand is the ideal workout station to improve upper body strength and toning. Train from the comfort of your own workout room, basement, den or bedroom.

Stands at 221cm, perfectly suited for standard 240cm ceiling heights.

Hassle-Free setup the free standing boxing stand has been designed not to require no wall or roof mounting, making installation effortless in any space.

Comes with space for a 3ft - 5ft boxing bag and up to a (50 kg) Bag to be hooked onto the front. And when Paired with additional BodyIron fitness equipment creates the ultimate total workout.

The stand is also equipped with Four stabilising pegs to improve the stability of the construction. Place standard weight plates on each stabilizing pegs (weights not included). We recommend having 30KG on each stabilising peg or Boxing stand can be bolted to the ground also.
